Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns for used or opened items.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

If you have an allergic reaction or sensitivity to a product, please discontinue use immediately and contact us. While we list all ingredients, we cannot guarantee how each person may react. Refunds for allergic reactions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please reach out within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will do our best to make it right.
Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this time, cancellations may not be possible if your order has already been processed or shipped.
Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments once they leave our facility. However, if you experience an issue with shipping, please contact us, and we will work with you to resolve it as best we can.
